Guess Who's Back, back again?

That's right, I'm back.  I haven't written anything here in a very long time.  If memory serves me correctly, the last post was sort of an I'm coming back message.  Well, sadly that time it was very short lived.  This time will be different.  This time I have things I want to say and a forum to actually say them, not to mention a whole lot of time on my hands.

While this post will be short, It will serve as a bit of reintroduction to myself.  So here it goes.

I am a woman, a mother, a girlfriend, a friend. I am a dreamer, a realist, a lover, a feminist.  (Keep that word in your minds and be prepared for a future post on that topic).  I say all this to say that I am me.  Aisha.  So many things all at the same time.  At the core, I am a woman that believes in equality and doing the right thing.

If you are going to read my words, you have to know a little bit about the person they come from.  On that note, I will go. . .for now.
